DESPATCH OF SCHEME DOCUMENT. The Scheme Document containing, among other things, further details of the Proposal, the Scheme, the Management Participation, the expected timetable, an explanatory statement as required under the Companies Law and the rules of the Grand Court, information regarding the Company, the recommendations of the Independent Board Committee with respect to the Proposal, the Scheme, the Management Participation, the letter of advice from the Independent Financial Adviser, notices of the Court Meeting and the General Meeting as well as other particulars required by the Takeovers Code will be despatched to the Scheme Shareholders as soon as practicable and in compliance with the requirements of the Takeovers Code, the Companies Law, the rules of the Grand Court, the orders of the Grand Court and other applicable laws and regulations. The Scheme Document will contain important information and the Scheme Shareholders are urged to read the Scheme Document containing such disclosures carefully before casting any vote at (or providing any proxy in respect of) the Court Meeting or the General Meeting.   • Packaging and Shipment All articles are to be packed in accordance with sound commercial practices to obtain the lowest transportation rates unless otherwise specified in the NETAPP purchase order and comply with requirements of common carriers. Shipments will be valued so as to obtain the lowest transportation rate and must be made by NETAPP's choice of common carrier if specified in the purchase order. Transportation insurance for loss or damage will not be purchased by NETAPP unless specifically directed. Excess transportation costs resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be debited to Seller's account.   • MODELDOCUMEN In consideration of and conditioned upon the payment of the final payment as set forth above, Contractor hereby unconditionally releases and forever discharges Princeton University and its officers, directors, agents and representatives, and Princeton University’s premises and property, from all claims and causes of action, and all mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, construction liens and other liens, that now or that in the future may be owned, claimed or asserted by Contractor against Princeton University, or the aforesaid land and improvements (including personal property related thereto), arising out of or in connection with the performance of the said Contract and all amendments thereto.
