Each Party shall designate an individual who will be a primary point of contact for that Party and will have the authority to act and make decisions for that Party in all aspects of the Services, including PCRs. Customer shall make available all technical matter, data, information, operating supplies, and computer system(s), as reasonably required by Logicalis.
