Description of Leased Property. We rent to you the property with the street address and description stated under Key Lease Terms, referred to as the “Leased Property.” Lease Term. Your term under this Lease starts and ends on the dates stated under Key Lease Terms, referred to as the “Lease Term.” This Lease does not renew. You do not have priority rights over any other persons to rent the Leased Property for additional lease terms.

Description of Leased Property. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease and the City Grant Agreement, City hereby leases to WDDF, and WDDF rentsfi-omCity, the Site as more particularly described in the attached Exhibit “A”, the Equipment and the Permanent Facilities (collectively, the “Leased Property”). We are not required to provide you a billing statement or any other prior notice that the Rent is due. You must pay $50 on each check returned by the bank for any reason. We are not obligated to abide by any notations on or with your check and will apply monies paid by you as permitted by this Lease.
