Deposit Inspection. When DSI receives the Deposit Materials and the Exhibit B, DSI will conduct a deposit inspection by visually matching the labeling of the tangible media containing the Deposit Materials to the item descriptions and quantity listed on the Exhibit B. In addition to the deposit inspection, Preferred Beneficiary may elect to cause a verification of the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 1.6 below.

Deposit Inspection. When Escrow Agent receives the Deposit Materials and ------------------ the Exhibit B, Escrow Agent will conduct a deposit inspection by visually matching the labeling of the tangible media containing the Deposit Materials to the item descriptions and quantity listed on the Exhibit B. In addition to the deposit inspection, Preferred Beneficiary may elect to cause a verification of the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 1.6 below.
Deposit Inspection. When Escrow Agent receives a Parcel and any supplements to or update of the Deposit Materials, Escrow Agent shall promptly conduct a deposit inspection by opening the Parcel and visually matching the labeling of the tangible media containing the Deposit Materials to the item descriptions and quantity listed on the applicable SCE Attachment. Escrow Agent shall complete each such inspection no more than five (5) business days after receiving a Parcel. In addition to such inspection, upon Registrant’s request, Escrow Agent shall promptly conduct a Verification of the Deposit Materials in accordance with Registrant’s requirements and Section 2(e) below. In the event Escrow Agent determines that the labeling of the tangible media comprising a Parcel matches the information listed on the applicable SCE Attachment, Escrow Agent shall sign the SCE Attachment and mail a copy thereof to Depositor and Registrant. Alternatively, in the event Escrow Agent determines that the labeling of the tangible media comprising a Parcel does not match the information listed on the applicable SCE Attachment, Escrow Agent shall immediately (i) note the discrepancies in writing on the SCE Attachment, (ii) sign the SCE Attachment with the exceptions noted and (iii) immediately provide a copy of such SCE Attachment to Depositor and Registrant. Within five (5) days after receiving from Escrow Agent written notice of such discrepancies, Depositor shall remedy such discrepancies and re-deliver to Escrow Agent the applicable Parcel. Escrow Agent’s acceptance of each Parcel shall be deemed effective upon the earlier of the signing on behalf of Escrow Agent of the applicable SCE Attachment or the expiration of the five-day period commencing with Escrow Agent’s receipt of the applicable Parcel.
Deposit Inspection. Upon receipt of an Exhibit C and Deposit, Escrow Agent will visually match the listed items on the Exhibit C to the labeling of the material ("Deposit Inspection"). Escrow Agent will not be responsible for the contents or for validating the accuracy of Depositor's labeling. Acceptance will occur when Escrow Agent concludes that the Deposit Inspection is complete. Upon acceptance Escrow Agent will sign the Exhibit C and assign the next sequential number to the Exhibit C.

Deposit Inspection. When Escrow Agent receives the Escrow Materials, it will conduct a deposit inspection by visually matching the labeling of the Escrow Materials to the item descriptions and quantities described in Attachment B. In addition to the deposit inspection, Cisco may elect to cause a verification of the Escrow Materials by providing written notice to Supplier and Escrow Agent. Supplier has the right to be present at the verification. Only Escrow Agent or an independent third party selected and supervised by Escrow Agent may conduct the verification.

If no Deposit Type is checked on the reverse by Depositor, the Deposit Material will be deemed to be an Initial or Supplemental Deposit. WARRANTY BY DEPOSITOR Deposit Material will be proprietary data, typically deposited on computer magnetic media, and other related materials of Depositor. Depositor represents and warrants that it lawfully possesses all Deposit Material, can transfer Deposit Material to DSI and has the authority to store Deposit Material in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. AMENDMENT This document acts as an Amendment, if one is called for. ADDENDUM E PROTECTION OF INTEL'S ASSETS Synchronicity agrees to safeguard Intel's classified (i.e., Intel Confidential, Intel Secret, Intel Restricted Secret and Intel Top Secret) and proprietary information set out in the body of the Parties' Agreement and relevant Unescorted Access Application forms for badges. Synchronicity also agrees to use and apply Intel's information protection methods stated below in this Addendum in the performance of Synchronicity's work. Synchronicity agrees that this performance standard applies to all Intel classified and proprietary information, regardless of the medium (Intel's or Synchronicity's) in or on which it is retained or communicated and to software that is licensed by Intel for its internal use. Synchronicity is not automatically granted access to Intel classified and proprietary information, networks or software. However, authorization to use or access Intel information, software, or telecommunications may be granted by the Intel information owner if access is necessary and directly related to Synchronicity's scope of work or duties. Unless specifically authorized, Synchronicity may not use or access Intel classified or proprietary information that may be happened upon or inadvertently discovered while performing work under this Agreement....
