Delivery Timing. The Contractor shall maintain a delivery timing rate of 95% or greater. On-time delivery is defined as delivery within two business days for orders placed by 4:00 PM ET. The delivery timing rate is calculated by the total number of orders delivered within 2 days divided by the total number of orders. Example: 99 orders delivered within 2 days/100 total orders = 99.0% on-time delivery. The Contractor shall submit to the Department the monthly report in Microsoft Excel that details the on-time delivery timing rate.

Delivery Timing. AMGAS will use all reasonable efforts to cause the Equipment to be ready for delivery by the delivery date specified on the Face Page but does not guarantee delivery by that date. If and whenever AMGAS becomes aware of any development or circumstance that is expected to affect the delivery date, it will notify Customer of same as soon as reasonably practicable. As the time for delivery of the Equipment approaches AMGAS will contact Customer to coordinate delivery. If Customer fails to take delivery of the Equipment when it is first made available for delivery, AMGAS will be entitled to charge Customer reasonable storage and handling charges.

Delivery Timing. The timing of Delivery of clinical supply of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufactured shall be pursuant to a Scope of Work, the applicable Purchase Order or otherwise agreed to by the Parties.
Delivery Timing. NCR and Solectron will work together to ensure *** order delivery flexibility. A maximum of *** late shall be allowed for all deliveries, unless NCR specifically requests other delivery terms. Provided that Solectron is the sole cause of any delay, Solectron will *** any late Products or Parts at *** charge to NCR. Provided NCR is not the sole cause of any delay, if Solectron is unable, for any reason, to supply any portion of NCR’s requirements of the Products or Parts as established by Purchase Orders, such portion will be *** from Solectron for purposes of determining *** when *** by NCR. This will not, however, limit any NCR Agreement # other remedy to which NCR may be entitled on account of Solectron’s inability to supply NCR’s requirements.
Delivery Timing. The delivery will be made at the place referred into the article 2 of this contract, starting from the day following the signing of the contract and until the closing date of the project, scheduled for October 31, 2016, unless extended. The supply shall be implemented according to a timetable of work to be agreed with the CNR IBIMET, and strictly related to compliance the administrative deadlines expected in the project.
Delivery Timing. The Shipper shall have required volumes available for injection as scheduled or as otherwise agreed upon. If a Shipper fails to meet this requirement, CARRIER may, at its option, cancel the Tender in whole or in part.

TIG will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery times but does not guarantee delivery by a stated time and is not responsible for any damages due to delays or the failure to meet a stated delivery schedule. TIG reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle BUYER to cancel other installments. TIG is not responsible for insuring shipments, nor for any loss or damages to Goods during shipment and recommends BUYER obtain insurance for shipments.
