Delivery of Merchandise. Delivery of Merchandise required by the Agreement must be made in the quantities specified by University. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all Merchandise under the Agreement shall be delivered to the address specified in the Purchase Order (the “Delivery Point”), during University’ normal business hours, DDP (Incoterms 2010) or FOB Delivery Point, as applicable. Supplier shall pack all Merchandise for shipment according to University’s instructions or, if there are no instructions, in a manner sufficient to ensure that the Merchandise is delivered in undamaged condition.
Delivery of Merchandise. A. Principal shall deliver to consignee such quantity of its merchandise that consignee requires for sale from its place of business at 14370 Hwy 50N, Willox Xxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Delivery of Merchandise. All Merchandise ordered by Enterprise shall be drop shipped by Vendor to the addresses set forth in the Drop-Ship Orders.

The Changing Room may arrange, at its own expense, for the collection of the merchandise that the Consignor wishes to sell, in the event of The Changing Room arranging a visit with the Consignor to evaluate the closet of the Consignor. Alternatively, the Consignor may arrange for the delivery at his/her own expense of the consigned goods to The Changing Room’s place of business. Please ensure that these items are insured before shipping to us.
Delivery of Merchandise. The Consignor agrees to evaluate and restock his/her (local, handcrafted, retail items) at least 1 time per calendar month. Prior to or upon delivery of the (local, handcrafted, retail items), the Consignor shall provide a complete and accurate inventory list of the (local, handcrafted, retail items) that have been consigned to be sold. This list must include a description of each item, the quantity of each item, the agreed upon price of each item, and it must be signed by both the Consignor and Consignee upon acceptance.
Delivery of Merchandise. Consignor shall deliver to Consignee within days after receipt by Consignor of this agreement. The product shall be delivered and held for sale at Consignee's place of business at 00-00 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx 000, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000. Consignor shall pay all freight and shipping charges.
Delivery of Merchandise. All Merchandise ordered by Radial on behalf of Client shall be drop shipped by Vendor to the addresses set forth in the Drop- Ship Orders.
Delivery of Merchandise a. The Principal shall deliver to Consignee such quantity of merchandise that Consignee requires for sale from MuchLovedGifts (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) business in Raptors View Wildlife Estate, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 0000.
Delivery of Merchandise. The Tenant will only permit or accept deliveries of any nature whatsoever by trade or commercial vehicle in such area of the Building as the Landlord shall designate. All deliveries to the Premises shall be made only through those areas of the Building designated by the Landlord from time to time, and only during such hours as are specifically designated by the Landlord.
