The Participant understands that the Participant must review the following information about the processing of the Participant’s personal data by or on behalf of the Company or the Employer as described in this Award Agreement and any materials related to the Award (the “Personal Data”) and declare his or her consent. As regards the processing of the Participant’s Personal Data in connection with the Plan and this Award Agreement, the Participant understands that the Company is the controller of the Participant’s Personal Data.

By accepting the Award and indicating consent via the Company’s online acceptance procedure, the Grantee is declaring that he or she agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned above, including recipients located in countries which do not adduce an adequate level of protection from a European (or other non-U.S.) data protection law perspective, for the purposes described above.

As regards the processing of Optionee’s Personal Data in connection with the Plan and this Agreement, Optionee understands that the Company is the controller of his or her Personal Data.

By accepting the Performance Units via the Company’s acceptance procedure, you are declaring that you agree with the data processing practices described herein and consent to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned below, including recipients located in countries which may not have a similar level of protection from the perspective of the data protection laws in your country.
Declaration of Consent. You understand that you need to review the following information about the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of the Corporation, your Employer and/or any of its Affiliates, as described herein, and any other RSU grant materials (the “Personal Data”) and declare your consent. With regard to the processing of your Personal Data in connection with the Plan, you understand that the Corporation is the controller of the Personal Data.
Declaration of Consent. By accepting the Participant’s Award, the Participant is declaring that the Participant unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Participant’s Personal Data, as described above and in any other grant materials, by and among, as applicable, the entity that employs the Participant, Arconic Corporation, any Subsidiary and any service provider involved in plan administration for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Participant’s participation in the Plan. The Participant understands that the Participant may, at any time, refuse or withdraw the consents herein, in any case without cost, by contacting in writing the Arconic Privacy Office at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. If the Participant does not consent or later seek to revoke the Participant’s consent, the Participant’s employment status or service with the entity that employs the Participant will not be affected; the only consequence of refusing or withdrawing consent is that Arconic Corporation would not be able to grant the Award or any other equity award to the Participant or administer or maintain such awards. Therefore, the Participant understands that refusing or withdrawing consent will affect the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. By accepting the Restricted Stock Units via the Company’s acceptance procedure, Employee is declaring that he or she agrees with the data processing practices described herein and consents to the collection, processing and use of Data by the Company and the transfer of Data to the recipients mentioned below, including recipients located in countries which may not have a similar level of protection from the perspective of the data protection laws in Employee’s country.

The Grantee understands that the Company may rely on a different legal basis for the processing or transfer of Data in the future and/or request that the Grantee provide another data privacy consent form. If applicable and upon request of the Company, the Grantee agrees to provide an executed acknowledgement or data privacy consent form to the Employer or the Company (or any other acknowledgements, agreements or consents that may be required by the Employer or the Company) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in the Grantee’s country, either now or in the future. The Grantee understands that he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if he or she fails to execute any such acknowledgement, agreement or consent requested by the Company and/or the Employer.
