Debt Due. (a) If the LHIN requires the re-payment by the HSP of any Funding, the amount required will be deemed to be a debt owing to the Crown by the HSP. The LHIN may adjust future funding instalments to recover the amounts owed or may, at its discretion direct the HSP to pay the amount owing to the Crown and the HSP shall comply immediately with any such direction.

Debt Due. 5.9.1 If the Funder requires the re-payment by the Hospital of any Funding in accordance with this Agreement, the amount required will be deemed to be a debt owing to the Crown by the Hospital. The Funder may adjust future Funding instalments to recover the amounts owed or may, at its discretion, direct the Hospital to pay the amount owing to the Crown. The Hospital will comply with any such direction.

All amounts repayable to the Crown will be paid by cheque payable to the “Ontario Minister of Finance” and mailed or delivered to the LHIN at the address provided in section 13.1.
Debt Due. If pursuant to the Agreement the Minister demands the repayment of any amount of the Funds from the Operator, such amount shall be deemed to be a debt due and owing to the Minister by the Operator, and the Operator shall pay or return the amount to the Minister immediately, unless the Minister directs otherwise.
Debt Due. If the Recipient owes any monies, including any Funds, to the City, whether or not their return or repayment has been demanded by the City, such monies shall be deemed to be a debt due and owing to the City by the Recipient and the Recipient shall pay or return the amount to the City immediately unless the City directs otherwise.
Debt Due. All Debt in its entirety shall, at the option of Mortgagee, become immediately due and payable without presentment, demand, notice of intention to accelerate or notice of acceleration, or other notice of any kind, all of which are hereby expressly WAIVED, and the liens and security interests created or intended to be created hereby shall be subject to foreclosure, repossession and sale in any manner provided for herein or provided for by law, as Mortgagee may elect, and Mortgagee may exercise any and all of its rights under this Deed of Trust, the Note and any of the other Credit Documents.
Debt Due. Recognizing the transition of responsibilities from the Ministry to the Funder, the HSP agrees that if the parties are directed in writing to do so by the Ministry, the Funder will settle and recover funding provided by the Ministry to the HSP prior to the transition of the Funding for the Services to the Funder, provided that such settlement and recovery occurs within 7 years of the provision of the funding by the Ministry. All such settlements and recoveries will be subject to the terms applicable to the original provision of Funding.
Debt Due. If the Recipient owes any monies to NOHFC, whether or not their return or repayment has been demanded by NOHFC, such monies shall be deemed to be a debt due and owing to NOHFC by the Recipient, and the Recipient shall pay such amount to NOHFC immediately (unless NOHFC directs otherwise) by cheque payable to “Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation”, mailed to NOHFC at the address provided in Section 13.1.
