Customer Premises. Licensee’s service drop into customer premises shall be protected as required by the most current edition of the NEC.

Customer Premises. If access to non-Level 3 facilities is required for the installation, maintenance or removal of Level 3 equipment, Customer shall, at its expense, secure such right of access and shall arrange for the provision and maintenance of power and HVAC as needed for the proper operation of such equipment.
Customer Premises. Customer shall allow Level 3 access to the Customer Premises to the extent reasonably determined by Xxxxx 0 for the installation, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance of Facilities relating to the Service. Xxxxx 0 shall notify Customer at least two (2) business days in advance of any regularly scheduled maintenance that will require access to the Customer Premises. Customer will be responsible for providing and maintaining, at its own expense, the level of power, heating and air conditioning necessary to maintain the proper environment for the Facilities on the Customer Premises. In the event Customer fails to do so, Customer shall reimburse Level 3 for the actual and reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any Facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of Customer's failure. Customer will provide a safe place to work and comply with all laws and regulations regarding the working conditions on the Customer Premises.
Customer Premises. You agree to grant GTA a right of way by the shortest practical route over your Premises for the purpose of installing, removing, connecting, disconnecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, servicing, and auditing applicable Services and equipment necessary to provide you that service. You also represent that such grant has been obtained in writing from the premises owner. GTA may request from you additional documents, including right-of-way agreements, in order to maintain access in the future. Our employees and designees will show their company identification upon request and in most cases have GTA signage on their vehicles. You are responsible for making the premises available, by appointment, for inspection, audit, repair, replacement and/or removal of the cable facilities. If you continuously fail or refuse access to the equipment, GTA may terminate your service. All installations, removals, and other work done by GTA on your premises shall be done in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner. However, due to the effects of normal workmanship which may remain after the removal of GTA equipment, the following conditions must apply: (a) GTA shall not be held liable for any damage, such as holes, in walls, ceilings, floors, or any other locations necessary to provide Services; (b) GTA and/or our agents are not permitted to move furniture or appliances.
Customer Premises. In order to provide you with digital TV services, you agree to give GTA and/or our agents permission to enter your premises for the purpose of installing, removing, connecting, disconnecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, replacing, servicing, and auditing the equipment and service. Your permission includes the premises outside your home at times when you may not be there. Our employees and designees will show their company identification upon request and in most cases have GTA signage on their vehicles. If you are not the owner of your home, we will require you to obtain permission from the landlord/owner for us to enter the premises and install digital TV and all associated wiring.
Customer Premises. Customer will allow Supplier access to and use of the Customer Premises to the extent required by Supplier for the installation, connection, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance or removal of the Facilities relating to the Services. Supplier shall have a right to inspect any Customer Premises to ensure that Customer and/or any End User is complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the Services and use of the Facilities. Any such inspection or non-inspection however, shall not relieve Customer of any of its duties under this Agreement nor shall it cause Supplier to waive any of its rights hereunder or impose any duty, obligation or liability onto Supplier. Customer represents to Supplier that Customer has obtained or will obtain on a timely basis all permissions and consents from third parties necessary to allow Supplier access as set forth herein. Customer will be responsible for providing and maintaining at its own expense power, heating, ventilation and air conditioning as necessary to maintain the proper environment for the Facilities on the Customer Premises. Customer will provide, and will ensure Supplier is provided, a safe place to work and comply with all laws and regulations regarding the working conditions on the Customer Premises. In the event that Customer fails to meet its obligations regarding the Customer Premises hereunder and, as a result, Supplier is unable to install or continue the delivery of Services, then notwithstanding the absence of Services, Customer will pay all Service Fees for such Services during such period of time. Customer will provide the correct Customer Premises contact details and address(es) for installation and provision of the Service in the applicable COF. Supplier will not be liable for any delays in the installation or provision of Service resulting from Customer’s error, discrepancy, change or relocation relating to the Customer Premises. To the extent Customer changes the supplied Customer Premises contact details, addresses or specifications, Customer will communicate such changes in the format prescribed by Supplier with Supplier’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).
Customer Premises. If necessary for AOL to provide the Transit Services, the applicable TW Company shall allow AOL access to the Customer Premises to the extent determined by AOL for the installation, inspection and scheduled or emergency maintenance of Transit Facilities relating to the Transit Service. The applicable TW Company will be responsible for providing and maintaining, at its own expense, the level of power, heating and air conditioning necessary to maintain the proper environment for the Transit Facilities on the Customer Premises. In the event the applicable TW Company fails to do so, such TW Company shall reimburse AOL for the actual and reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any Transit Facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of such TW Company’s failure. The applicable TW Company will provide a safe place to work and comply with all laws and regulations regarding working conditions on the Customer Premises.

Customer Premises. 7.1 The Customer grants the Supplier and the Supplier Personnel a licence to enter and remain on the Customer’s premises solely to the extent necessary to perform the Services, provided that such licence shall not be considered a right to occupy the Customer’s premises.
