Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services. Representation (10/2020) (The Seller shall review the list of excluded parties in the System for Award Management (XXX) (https:/www/xxx.xxx) for entities excluded from receiving federal awards for “covered telecommunication equipment or services”. By accepting this Purchase Order, Seller represents it does not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services as a part of its offered products or services to GD-OTS or the U.S. Government in the performance of any contract, subcontract, or other contractual instrument AND that Seller does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment services.)
Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services. As a U.S. government contractor, Buyer is prohibited from using: (a) telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities); (b) video surveillance and telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities); (c) telecommunications or video surveillance services provided by such entities or using such equipment; or (d) telecommunications or video surveillance equipment or services produced or provided by an entity that is owned or controlled by, or otherwise connected to, the government of the People’s Republic of China (collectively, “covered telecommunications equipment or services”) as a substantial or essential component of any system or as critical technology as part of any system, regardless of whether the use is in performance of work under a federal contract. By acceptance of this Order, Seller represents and warrants that it: (1) does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or use any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services, as a substantial or essential component of any system or as critical technology as part of any system; and, (2) will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to Buyer in the performance of the Order. In the event Seller identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services used as a substantial or essential component of any system or as critical technology as part of any system at any time during the proposal process or contract performance, or Seller is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, Seller shall immediately notify Buyer and reasonably cooperate with Buyer’s requests for supporting documentation and any resolution required by Xxxxx’s customer.
Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services. Scoir shall not provide “covered telecommunications equipment or services” (as defined in FAR 52.204-25) to Customer in the performance of this Agreement. Scoir represents that:
Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services. Pursuant to 2CFR 200.216 and 2 CFR 200.471, which implement Section 889 of the NDAA (Public Law 115-232), OSU is prohibited from obligating or expending grant funds to procure equipment, services or systems that use covered telecommunications or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or critical technology as part of any system.   • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Janitorial Services or Building Maintenance Services If this Agreement is for janitorial or building maintenance services, this section is applicable. If this Agreement requires Contractor to perform Services at a new site, Contractor shall retain for sixty (60) days all employees currently employed at that site by any previous contractor that performed the same services at the site. Contractor shall provide upon request information sufficient to identify employees providing janitorial or building maintenance services at each site and to make the necessary notifications required under Labor Code section 1060 et seq.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service (check if selected)

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.
