Covered Equipment. In addition to the Apple-branded product and accessories contained in the original packaging, “Covered Equipment” includes the following according to your Plan:
Covered Equipment. “Covered Equipment” shall mean all Ricoh-Provided Equipment, Customer-Provided Equipment and Third-Party Equipment, as set forth below.

Chargers: Chargers that are broken will be covered. Chargers that are lost will not be covered and student will be charged $20.00 for a replacement.

Please contact your authorized retailer for assistance. • Equipment that has been changed, modified, or repaired with parts not authorized by Xxxxxxx. • Any adjustments, calibrations, leveling, tightening of fasteners, etc. • Damage caused by unqualified operators. Xxxxxxx products are designed for use by professionally trained bakers only. • Any parts determined to be wearable items, such as belts, by Ready Kitchen Warranty or Xxxxxxx. This warranty provides the exclusive remedy against Xxxxxxx relating to Xxxxxxx products, whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal theory, and whether arising out of warranties, representations, instructions, installations or defects from any cause. Xxxxxxx shall not be liable, under any legal theory, for loss of use, revenue or profit, or for substitute use or performance, or for incidental, indirect, or special or consequential damages or for any other loss of cost of similar type. Covered Equipment. All Equipment purchased from or installed by SONIFI or purchased from an Approved Third- Party Financing Company is Covered Equipment for purposes of this SONIFI Limited Warranty, subject to all applicable exclusions, exceptions and limitations.
Covered Equipment. Maintenance Service will be provided only to those instruments referenced in Table 2 above. Bio-Rad shall have no obligation to service other products under the quoted Service Plan. Refer also to computer coverage contained in paragraph 11. The Customer is not to make or participate in any modification, adjustment, relocation or repair of the Covered Equipment without the prior consent of the Authorized Bio-Rad Representative.
