Covenants Until Closing. The Company, the PRC Subsidiary and the Founder covenant and agree with the Investors that, at all times from and after the date hereof until the Closing, the Company, the PRC Subsidiary and the Founder will comply with the following covenants and provisions, except to the extent the Investors may otherwise consent in writing.
