Council Membership. The council will be composed of the Superintendent, one (1) administrator representing each of the buildings of the district, and four (4) CEA members chosen by the Association, providing representation from each of the buildings in the district. Board members and the Treasurer shall receive prior notification of the date(s) of council meetings and may attend meetings at their discretion.

One member must be a representative from the M&P Committee for the Charge, one must be from Official Board, and the other can be selected from the Charge. The Chair and Recording Secretary of the Cooperative Ministry Council will be elected by the membership of the Council. The Minister of the Pastoral Charges (Middle and Lower Musquodoboit) will be an ex officio member of the Committee.
