Contractor Layout – Item No. B3 Reference: OPS General Conditions of Contract, Clause GC 7.02 Under this Item the Contractor shall layout and establish the primary alignment and grade controls necessary for construction. The Contractor shall provide the Contract Administrator with sufficient advance notice of their information requirements to permit appropriate scheduling of the layout work. The Contractor Administrator shall provide the Contractor with construction drawing in digital AutoCAD Civil 3D format using a NAD83 CSRS UTM Zone 18 coordinate system and elevations refenced to CGVD1928:78ADJ and other design data required to perform construction layout. The layout performed by the Contractor shall be sufficient to permit construction of the work by the Contractor in compliance with the Contract Documents but shall not relieve the Contractor of their responsibility for the provision of qualified personnel and normal tools of the trade, as necessary for the transfer or setting of the secondary lines and grades from the primary controls provided. Tools of the trade are interpreted to include, but not necessarily be limited to, hand and line levels, boning rods, tape measures, lasers etc. Under the unit price bid of this Item, the Contractor shall complete the following: • Demonstrate and document the accuracy of the Contractor’s layout and survey methodology relative to existing control points and benchmarks to tolerances of within ±25mm horizontally and ±10mm vertically. • Perform all construction layout and set temporary marks and monuments as necessary using surveying equipment and professional experienced personnel • Provide notice to the Contract Administrator of any control points removed and any new control points set up. • Provide copies of the layout sheets to the Contract Administrator prior to a section of infrastructure being constructed. • Provide access to the site to allow the Contract Administrator to complete quality assurance checking if desired. • Perform and provide “as-built” surveying of the watermain and appurtenances installed.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • CONTRACTOR INVOICE Contractor shall submit to Purchaser’s designated invoicing contact properly itemized invoices. Such invoices shall itemize the following:

  • Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.
