Contract Remedies and Early Termination. Section 8.2 Termination for Convenience is deleted in its entirety and replace with the following: The System Agency may terminate the Contract, in whole or in part, at any time when, in its sole discretion, the System Agency determines that termination is in the best interest of the State of Texas. The termination will be effective on the date the System Agency’s notice of termination is provided to the Performing Agency.
