Continuing Review. Require its Research Personnel to provide any information about conduct of the Research at the Relying Institution that the Reviewing IRB requires for continuing review.
Continuing Review. From and subsequent to the date hereof, CVBG will have: (1) given to GCBS and its counsel and accountants access to their premises and books and records during normal business hours for any reasonable purpose related to the transactions contemplated hereby; and (2) cooperate and instruct CVBG’s counsel and accountants to cooperate with GCBS and with GCBS’s counsel and accountants with regard to the formulation and production of all necessary information, disclosures, financial statements, registration statements, and regulatory filings with respect to the transactions encompassed by this Agreement.
Continuing Review. Subject to applicable Laws, Bradstone shall continue to make available and cause to be made available to HPB and its agents and advisors all documents, agreements, corporate records and minute books as may be necessary to enable HPB to effect a thorough examination of Bradstone and the business, properties and financial status thereof, and shall cooperate with HPB in securing access for HPB to any documents, agreements, corporate records or minute books not in the possession or under the control of Bradstone. Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, Bradstone shall afford the officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of HPB reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time and the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of Bradstone and during such period, Bradstone shall furnish promptly to HPB all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of Bradstone s as HPB may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws.

Subject to applicable Laws, Allana shall continue to make available and cause to be made available to Nova and the agents and advisors thereto all documents, agreements, corporate records and minute books as may be necessary to enable Nova to effect a thorough examination of Allana, the Allana Subsidiaries and the business, properties and financial status thereof, and shall cooperate with Nova in securing access for Nova to any documents, agreements, corporate records or minute books not in the possession or under the control of Allana. Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, Allana shall, and shall cause the Allana Subsidiaries to, afford the officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of Nova reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Date and the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of Allana, the Allana Subsidiaries, and during such period, Allana shall, and shall cause the Allana Subsidiaries to, furnish promptly to Nova all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of Allana and the Allana Subsidiaries as Nova may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws.

Subject to applicable Laws, HPB and Subco shall continue to make available and cause to be made available to Bradstone and its agents and advisors all documents, agreements, corporate records and minute books as may be necessary to enable Bradstone to effect a thorough examination of HPB and Subco and the business, properties and financial status thereof, and shall cooperate with Bradstone in securing access for Bradstone to any documents, agreements, corporate records or minute books not in the possession or under the control of HPB. Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, HPB shall afford the officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of Bradstone reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time and the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of HPB and during such period, HPB and Subco shall furnish promptly to Bradstone all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of HPB and Subco as Bradstone may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws.
Continuing Review. A Relying Institution will Rrequire its Research Personnel to provide any information about conduct of the Research atconducted under the authority of the Relying Institution that the Reviewing IRB requires for continuing reviews. of the Research (when applicable).
Continuing Review. The parties agree that they will constantly keep the performance of this Agreement under review with quarterly contract performance review meetings to discuss volumes and progress on quality.

Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, NWT shall continue to make available and cause to be made available to Nu-Mex and the agents and advisors thereto all documents, agreements, corporate records and minute books as may be reasonably necessary to enable Nu-Mex to effect a thorough examination of NWT and the NWT Subsidiaries and the business, properties and financial status thereof, and shall cooperate with Nu-Mex in securing reasonable access for Nu-Mex to any documents, agreements, corporate records or minute books not in the possession or under the control of NWT. Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, NWT shall, and shall cause the NWT Subsidiaries to, afford officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of Nu-Mex reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time or the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of NWT and the NWT Subsidiaries and, during such period, NWT shall, and shall cause the NWT Subsidiaries to, furnish promptly to Nu-Mex all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of NWT and the NWT Subsidiaries as Nu-Mex may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws. Nothing in the foregoing shall require NWT or the NWT Subsidiaries to disclose information subject to a written confidentiality agreement with any Person.

Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, Nu-Mex shall afford officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of NWT reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time or the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of Nu-Mex and, during such period, Nu-Mex shall furnish promptly to NWT all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of Nu-Mex as NWT may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws. Nothing in the foregoing shall require Nu-Mex to disclose information subject to a written confidentiality agreement with any Person.
