Contents Insurance. Insurance in commercially reasonable amounts and on commercially reasonable terms, against fire, sprinkler leakage, vandalism, and the extended coverage perils for the full insurable value of all contents of Tenant within the Premises, and of all office furniture, trade fixtures, office equipment, merchandise and all other items of Tenant’s property on the Premises and business interruption insurance in commercially reasonable amounts and on commercially reasonable terms. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the earlier of (i) the Commencement Date of this Lease or (ii) the date Tenant takes possession of the Premises, certificates of the insurance required by this Section 9.1 and evidence of payment of all premiums. Such policies of insurance shall be renewed and certificates of the new policies and evidence of payment of all premiums shall be deposited with Landlord at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the old policies.
Contents Insurance. 12.1 Whilst some contents cover insurance is provided by Endsleigh Ltd on our behalf, you are responsible for confirming that the level of cover is sufficient for your needs. Details are available on request.
Contents Insurance. Should your property suffer for example from a fire or flood, the repair of the structure, exterior and fabric of your property is our responsibility as the landlord. We are also responsible for installations including the kitchen and bathroom where fitted by us. However as the tenant you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate level of contents insurance for your own personal possessions, belongings and decorations should any accident occur. You would therefore be responsible for replacing any household items such as furniture, including carpets and fixtures and fittings that you have installed or personal items or effects owned by you.

Contents Insurance. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, but for the mutual benefit of Landlord and Tenant, shall maintain Property Insurance in All Risk form against loss or damage in an amount equal to the replacement cost of Tenant’s improvements, alterations, equipment, trade fixtures and other personal property located, leased or stored by Tenant in the Premises. The policy shall name Tenant as loss payee as its interest may appear with respect to this Lease and provide that coverage will not be canceled without thirty (30) days advance written notice to Landlord.
Contents Insurance. Virgin will be solely responsible for obtaining insurance policies that provide coverage for losses of Virgin-owned property. The Authority will not be required to provide such insurance coverage or be responsible for payment of Virgin’s cost for such insurance.
