IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PROVIDER, EXPERIAN OR FAIR, XXXXX TO END USER EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY END USER PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE SIX MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF END USER’S CLAIM.
