Connectivity Services. 2.1.1 This paragraph 2 applies if You purchase a Connectivity Service from Us as selected on Your Application Form.
Connectivity Services. 2.1 The Exchange will provide Customer with the Connectivity Services through Customer’s System for the purpose of providing Authorized Entities with access to the Exchange Systems and for no other purposes. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes an undertaking by or obligation of the Exchange to continue to: (i) provide the Connectivity Services or access to the Exchange Systems, or any aspect of one or both, in its current form or configuration or by utilizing the equipment in place as of the date of this Agreement; or (ii) use existing communications facilities, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Connectivity Services. Connectivity Services refers to electronic data network services that Epicor makes available to Customers, most commonly under the brand name “Epicor Parts Network” (or “EPN”), AConnex, Internet Auto Parts (or “IAP”), or Internet Service Estimator (or “ISE”). Connectivity Services consists of an electronic network that enables companies to buy and/or sell automotive parts and a software interface or software development kit that enables and/or facilitates access to Connectivity Services. Connectivity Services also refers to our services that help enable automotive “estores” (or electronic automotive marketplaces) for buyers and/or sellers of automotive parts. If your Order lists Connectivity Services, the Connectivity Supplement also applies to your Order for and use of our Connectivity Services.
Connectivity Services. The following terms apply to AirLink Service Offers that include Connectivity Services:

Connectivity Services. 7.1 Koris365 shall provide the Connectivity Services in accordance with this Clause 7.
Connectivity Services a. Provide Internet IP addresses for @Home service users.
Connectivity Services. Subject to the draw-down described in Section 6.1 above, for the Connectivity Services provided by Excite@Home hereunder, iBEAM will pay Excite@Home the fees as set forth on the attached Exhibit A at the time and in the amounts as set forth therein.
Connectivity Services. 22.1. Hyrde shall provide connectivity services in accordance with and subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the third party connectivity provider. Except as expressly provided in the applicable third party terms and conditions, Hyrde makes no warranties of any kind in relation to the connectivity services.
Connectivity Services. T2S provides to CSDs a set of different connectivity modes, including direct connectivity for CSDs’ clients if duly authorised by the respective CSD. The latter are able to input settlement instructions directly into the T2S platform and receive information on the results where the relevant CSD allows such a connection under its general terms and conditions. For other services that go beyond the scope of T2S, the Directly Connected Clients of CSDs connect to the relevant CSDs. T2S Users directly connected to the system use one or more “licensed network” to connect to the T2S central system. The management of the networks is under the responsibility of the network providers, therefore the T2S users need to liaise with them to agree network characteristics and expected SLAs. For the connection of the T2S central system to the licensed networks the 4CB assures the provision of the following: • hosting network gateway’s1 deployed in the two regions both having the same architecture and systems; each region will be self-contained and will consist of two sites (the primary site and the intra-regional disaster recovery site); each site will be sized and designed to handle the entire connectivity capacity; • Periodic swaps between the two regions (no configuration changes in the systems of the T2S users are envisaged); • Operation of the middleware and front-end systems; • Maintenance of the required network access middleware and front-end systems; • Monitoring of the throughput and volume growth; • Monitoring of the compliance of the service levels communicated by the networks providers with the licence specifications; • CUGs administration.. T2S supports, for the connectivity of the low volume users, the internet channel for the U2A traffic.
