CONFERENCES AND EXPENSES. A. The District shall encourage teachers to attend selected professional conferences with expenses paid by the School District. A teacher’s request to attend conferences shall be presented to the building principal or other supervisory officers and to the Superintendent of schools, for his/her approval.

  • COMMISSIONS AND EXPENSES (1) The Issuers severally agree to pay to the Agent such fees and commissions as the Issuers and the Agent may separately agree in respect of the services of the Agent and the Paying Agents hereunder together with any out-of-pocket expenses (including legal, printing, postage, tax, cable and advertising expenses required in connection with the Notes issued hereunder) properly incurred by the Agent and the Paying Agents in connection with their said services.

  • Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Expenses and Other Expenses Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default hereunder by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate, should the County be required to employ attorneys or incur other reasonable expenses for the collection of payments due hereunder or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement, the County shall be entitled, within thirty (30) days of demand therefor, to reimbursement of the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred.

Each party shall bear its own expenses in connection with the arbitration, including, but not limited to, witness and attorney's fees, and any fees for preparation of the case.
