Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. 10.1 The parties acknowledge and agree that the Customer is the Controller, the Supplier is the Processor for the purposes of Processing Personal Data pursuant to this Agreement.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. Each party shall at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation in connection with the exercise and performance of its respective rights and obligations under this Grant Agreement and the Processing of the Relevant Personal Data.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. 1. The Supplier agrees to comply, and to procure that its permitted (in accordance with paragraph 1.7) subcontractors comply, with all Data Protection Legislation in relation to any personal data processed relating to or originating from Customer, its employees or customers. This Schedule is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations or rights under the Data Protection Legislation.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. Both parties will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. This clause 2 is in addition to, and does not relieve, remove or replace, a party’s obligations or rights under the Data Protection Legislation.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. 3.1 The parties acknowledge and agree that to enable each party to carry out its obligations under this Agreement, the Parties will each be required to share certain business contact information (including but not limited to names, work email addresses, work contact telephone numbers) (“Business Contact Information”) of Customer Personnel and Supplier Personnel engaged in the delivery and receipt of the Services. Each party agrees that it shall not share with the other party any Personal Data other than Business Contact Information without first agreeing any changes required to this Agreement to allow for the sharing of additional personal data.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. Each party shall at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation. We shall, and shall ensure our Sub- Processors and each of our Personnel shall, at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation in connection with the processing of Protected Data and the provision of the Booking and or Additional Services and shall not by any act or omission cause you (or any other person) to be in breach of any of the Data Protection Legislation.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. This Addendum sets out the framework for the sharing of Personal Data between the parties as Data Controller (Customer) and Data Processor (e-bate). In the event that the Data Protection Legislation changes in a way that this Addendum is no longer adequate for the purpose of governing lawful data processing exercises, the parties will negotiate in good faith to amend this Addendum in light of such new legislation. This Addendum is in addition to and does not relieve, remove or replace a party’s obligations under the Data Protection Legislation. Both parties shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. 1. Subject to compliance by the other party with its express obligations in other provisions of this Schedule, each party shall at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation in connection with the exercise and performance of its respective rights and obligations under the Contract.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation a) Supplier will comply with applicable Data Protection Legislation, and will not cause UL Solutions to breach any obligation under the Data Protection Legislation. Supplier will notify UL Solutions without undue delay, if in the delivery of the Services as an experienced supplier of the Services, it identifies any potential areas of actual or potential non-compliance with the Data Protection Legislation. Supplier will comply with any additional legal requirements that are necessary to address issues related to compliance with applicable Data Protection Legislation.
Compliance with Data Protection Legislation. With respect to the processing of the Customer Personal Data in connection with the licensing of the Site and the provision and receipt of the benefit of the other Terryberry Services pursuant to the Order and this Addendum, both Parties will comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation and the provisions of this Addendum.
