Competence of Staff. In the event that any of CONTRACTOR’s employee is found to be unacceptable to the CITY, the CITY shall notify the CONTRACTOR in writing of such fact and the CONTRACTOR shall immediately remove said employee unless otherwise agreed and, if requested by the CITY, promptly provide a replacement acceptable to the CITY.
