Compensation-Mileage Sample Clauses

Compensation-Mileage. Teachers required in the course of their work to drive personal automobiles from one school building to another shall receive the prevailing school district car allowance per mile. The same allowance shall be given for use of personal cars for field trips or other business of the district. Reimbursement rates for teachers who are in attendance at conferences and workshops will not exceed the prevailing district rate, and may be less than the prevailing district rate.

Compensation-Mileage. $.82 per loaded and empty mile authorized by XxXXXXXXX Operations Department and determined using the current Rand XxXxxxx "MileMaker" direct miles. Payments will be made on the basis of the distances determined by the current Edition of the Xxxxx XxXxxxx MileMaker program ("MileMaker Miles") from the point at which the shipment originates, via any intermediate points where required pick-ups or deliveries are made, to the point at which the shipment is delivered even if the miles traveled over the route actually selected by the CONTRACTOR are less or more than the MileMaker Miles. XxXXXXXXX may deduct miles to be paid or charge for expenses as a result of: (1) any empty miles which were unauthorized or not at the direction of XxXXXXXXX, and (2) any extra expenses or excess and circuitous miles created as a result of CONTRACTOR dropping a load without authorization. The miles or amounts deducted may include the total non-direct, or circuitous, miles created as result of the drop plus any miles or extra expenses -- incurred to have the load re--powered and delivered by XxXXXXXXX to it's customer on time.   • Separation Compensation In exchange for your agreement to the general release and waiver of claims and covenant not to sue set forth below and your other promises herein, the Company agrees to provide you with the following:

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
