Community Engagement and Integration. The Hospital will report annually on its community engagement and integration activities and at such other times as the LHIN may request from time to time, using any templates provided by the LHIN. A commitment to “communicate” regarding community engagement existed in the 2008-10 H-SAA template. Community engagement and integration is a key Ministry priority and function of the LHIN. Accordingly, full reporting on community engagement and integration has been added to the 2018-20 H-SAA template.
