Communication to the Bank. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all communication, requests and instructions from the Cardholder must be in writing and in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure prevailing at that time and may be personally delivered to the Bank or sent by registered post to the Bank.

Communication to the Bank. Throughout the duration of the Agreement, the Client agrees to: inform the Bank of any change in marital status, capacity, matrimonial regime, status (tax in particular), and address concerning them and any guarantors, as well as any modification of their signature, a new specimen of which must then be filed. In particular, the Client must indicate any change of address, it being understood that all notifications and all letters sent by the Bank will be legitimately sent to the last address notified by the Client; inform the Bank of any changes to the personal details (email address, mobile and/or fixed phone number, etc.), provided that all notifications sent by the Bank will be legitimately sent to the last contact details provided by the Client and enforceable against the latter; inform the Bank within fifteen days of all facts likely to seriously affect the importance or value of its assets or to substantially increase the volume of its commitments; inform the Bank within one month by providing all necessary proof relating to any transfers, expropriations in the public interest, seizures in progress of any movable or immovable property owned both by themselves and by any guarantors; communicate to the Bank, on first request, any information, documentary evidence or document relating to their assets, personal or financial situation, or the conditions of any transaction initiated for their benefit or for the benefit of a third party.
