Communication Strategies. The parties will continue to work together to develop strategies and processes that identify options for reducing and streamlining the distribution of memoranda, and to determine how to more effi- ciently communicate with administrators and provide them with timely access to information. An option to be considered is to develop a resource bank to facilitate access to information when needed, and to support administrators and other staff in knowing when specified action items must be completed.

Communication Strategies. Conflict Prevention & Resolution Supporting collaborative work efforts to promote professional communication and resolve potential conflicts, consistent with State laws, as early as possible through conflict prevention principles, strategies, and resolution process steps as previously adopted in the Plan for Improved Agency Partnering. Of benefit to both agencies, these communication strategies minimize unproductive time, costs, and project delays associated with unresolved conflict.

  • COMMUNICATION SERVICES 1. Employee communications describing available investment options, including multimedia informational materials and group presentations.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

  • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).

  • PUBLIC COMMUNICATION Neither the Contractor nor any of its Staff shall make any statement to the press or issue through any media of communication any statement bearing on the Services performed or data collected under this Agreement, without the prior written approval of OSC.

  • Communication Systems The Parties agree to share the use of communication systems, radios and radio frequencies for the implementation of this Agreement. Sharing of frequencies must be approved only by authorized personnel for each Party and documented in the AOP.
