Common Anniversary Date. For the purposes of administration the Company cut-off date shall be deemed to be the employee’s anniversary date for the vacation year. It is further agreed that the employee will be entitled to an adjustment of the appropriate percentage of vacation pay when he qualifies for additional vacations for increased service with the Company as provided for under Sections 2 to 6 inclusive.
