Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice in accordance with the requirements hereof.
Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice relating to the Credit Extension to be made on the Closing Date.
Committed Loan Notice. For purposes of a Borrowing of Term SOFR Loans, or a continuation of a Term SOFR Loan, the Borrower shall use the Committed Loan Notice attached hereto as Exhibit A.

The Administrative Agent shall have received Committed Loan Notice (in the form attached hereto as Annex III) with respect to the Borrowing of the Tranche B Term Loan to occur on the First Amendment Effective Date; provided that such Committed Loan Notice shall be effective as of, and the Tranche B Term Loan shall be made on, the First Amendment Effective Date subject to the delivery of such Committed Loan Notice in compliance with the notice and timing requirements set forth in Section 2.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement.
Committed Loan Notice. The reference to “which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A” at the end of the definition of “Committed Loan Notice” set forth in Section 1.01 of the Original Agreement is hereby amended to refer instead to “which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent and the requesting Borrower (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent) appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the requesting Borrower”.
Committed Loan Notice. For purposes of a Borrowing of BSBY Rate Loans or BSBY Daily Floating Rate Loans, or a continuation of a BSBY Rate Loan, the Borrower shall use the Committed Loan Notice attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Committed Loan Notice. Nielsen shall have delivered a Committed Loan Notice for the Class B-4 Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.02(a) of the Existing Credit Agreement.
Committed Loan Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Committed Loan Notice in accordance with the requirements hereof. Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the last paragraph of Section 9.03, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 4.01, each Lender that has signed this Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Funding Date specifying its objection thereto.
Committed Loan Notice. The Borrower shall have provided the Administrative Agent with a Committed Loan Notice in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.02(a) of the Credit Agreement with respect to the borrowing of the Additional Term Loans on the Additional Term Loan Effective Date.
