Client Portal. KMC’s practice management system has a Client Portal feature. You will be provided a secure link to the portal where you can create a unique login. You can use the portal to manage your appointment schedule with me, fill out forms, sign documents, view account statements, and pay invoices. [continued on following page] Appointment reminders. On the Client Portal you may opt to receive appointment reminders by e-mail and/or text message. Please note that these are auto-generated reminders sent by the practice management system and cannot be used to send a reply.
