Client Portal. KMC’s practice management system has a Client Portal feature. You will be provided a secure link to the portal where you can create a unique login. You can use the portal to manage your appointment schedule with me, fill out forms, sign documents, view account statements, and pay invoices. [continued on following page] Appointment reminders. Please note that these are auto-generated reminders sent by the practice management system and cannot be used to send a reply. KMC’s practice management system has a Telehealth feature which allows us to provide clinical services via secure videoconferencing. You will also be prompted to download the Telehealth Intro and FAQ document which provides detailed instructions on getting started with telehealth appointments. Social media. This is because these types of casual social contacts can create significant security risks for you. If you have an online presence, there is a possibility that you may encounter me by accident. If that occurs, please discuss it with me during our time together. Client Portal. The Client Portal allows you to complete forms, schedule/cancel appointments, review billing documents, and communicate with Xx. Xxxxxx XxXxxxxxxx. The portal offers secure messaging which we suggest using rather than email as it is more protected. However, we may not see messages immediately; therefore, the client portal should not be used for urgent communication or be viewed as an ongoing therapy session.
