Clauses In this Agreement any reference to a “Clause” or a “Schedule” is, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a Clause or a Schedule to this Agreement.
Paragraph 1 of the Agreement with respect to the Term is hereby amended by extending the Term to expire on December 15, 2003.
Subsection 5(f) of the Termination Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety, and replaced with a new subsection 5(f) to read in its entirety as follows:
Other Provisions Applicable to Adjustments The following provisions shall be applicable to the making of adjustments of the number of shares of Common Stock into which this Warrant is exercisable and the Current Warrant Price provided for in Section 4:
