City Sponsored Events. (a) Subject to availability based on Tenant’s priority use of the Ballpark described in this Agreement City shall be entitled to use of the public areas of the Ballpark for up of up to five (5) City Sponsored Events per year during the Baseball Season and up to five (5) additional City Sponsored Events per year during the non-Baseball Season for (i) civic-oriented, community not-for-profit or educational events such as City ceremonies, conferences, conventions, meetings and training sessions, for the benefit of City and (ii) other events primarily sponsored or promoted by City which do not conflict or compete with Ballpark Events (the “City Sponsored Events”), which use may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or denied. The City shall not attempt to schedule and shall not be authorized to use the Ballpark for any Ballpark Events, as described in Section 4.1, without the prior written consent of Tenant, which may be withheld in its sole discretion. The City shall observe and honor all product and service exclusivity and other sponsorship, advertising and naming rights arrangements entered into by Tenant with respect to the Ballpark and the Team to the extent that such arrangements would be applicable to City Sponsored Events.

City Sponsored Events. If the City of Xxxxxxx administrative employees or elected officers are sponsoring an event, no fees will be charged. For example, there will be no charge for MML meetings, water and wastewater meetings, and employee meetings. City Sponsored Events. Assignement of personnel required for events above and beyond Daily Staffing. This category is to be used only for personnel working in their official capacity (e.g. Epiphany, City Festivals, City Sporting Events). This category will be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. In the event this category is unable to be filled voluntarily, it is subject to the provisions of Section 16.3.
City Sponsored Events. Sections 8.9.2(a) and 8.9.2(b) of the Agreement are hereby deleted from the Agreement together with all references in the Agreement thereto. In addition, Section 8.9.2 (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following Section 8.9.1(c) is hereby substituted therefor:
City Sponsored Events. Manager shall assist the City in the planning, execution and provisioning of food and beverage for the City’s New Year’s Eve event to be held on December 31, 2021.

City Sponsored Events. The Arena Manager shall, with respect to each City Sponsored Event that is a Fee Activity and for which the City has not waived the City Surcharge, deposit into the City Surcharge Account, within one Business Day after the Arena Manager’s receipt thereof, all amounts the City causes to be paid to the Arena Manager pursuant to this Section for the City Surcharge for such Event.

City Sponsored Events. The Contractor shall provide, at no additional charge to the City, all collection services, containers and equipment required for waste collection and disposal service at up to six City sponsored special events per year to be determined by the City. For such events, Contractor will supply up to six (6) portable toilets at no charge to the City. For the City’s Fourth of July event, Contractor will provide an annual sponsorship donation of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000) to the Special Activities Fund (114) and shall also provide courtesy trash boxes with liners.
City Sponsored Events. Hauler shall provide and service Solid Waste containers (bins and/or roll-off boxes) at City events, processing, Recycling and Disposing of all Solid Waste Collected at the City’s Fourth of July and Corona Del Mar 5K events at no additional cost. City will instruct Hauler where and when to place Containers. City shall empty event litter boxes into the Containers, and instruct Hauler when to dump and/or replace Containers throughout events. City may instruct Hauler to provide separate Recycling bins or roll-off boxes. The City may require Hauler to service additional events at a cost to be negotiated.
City Sponsored Events. Subject to availability and the terms of this Section, USM shall grant City the ability to book up to ten (10) City-sponsored events of a non-commercial, non-income generating nature (not to exceed a total of ten (10) event days) at the Arena each calendar year with the City paying the actual cost of such events, including without limitation, the cost of associated with Event Day Services (police, fire, EMT, parking attendants, etc.), set up, tear down, changeover, utilities, cleaning, and staffing which the City will reimburse to USM within ten (10) days after its receipt of USM’s request for the same. Unless otherwise agreed to by USM, no such event may be scheduled any further in advance than four (4) months and, except for high school graduations, may not to occur on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate City scheduling needs, with the understanding that revenue producing events at the Arena will be granted scheduling priority.
