Children and minors. If you are younger than 13 years old, you cannot enter into this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement you are confirming that (i) you either have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, or you have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so, and (ii) you understand the Privacy Policy. Children and minors. Children and Minors are not eligible to utilize the Site or the Services, unless Xxxxxx has in its possession a signed Minor Consent Agreement executed by a legal parent or guardian on-file for each lab requisition that is generated. If Xxxxxx later obtains actual knowledge that a user is under 18 years old, and Xxxxxx does not have a signed Minor Consent Agreement in its possession for the laboratory testing being ordered or performed, Xxxxxx will take steps to remove that user's personal information from its databases and contact the responsible Client. Possible disciplinary action may include the termination of the Client account(s). By using the Site, You represent that You are at least 18 years old.

  • Pro-Children Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Pro-Children Act of 2001 in that it prohibits smoking in any portion of its facility used for the provision of health, day care, early childhood development services, education or library services to children under the age of eighteen (18), which services are supported by federal or state government assistance (except such portions of the facilities which are used for inpatient substance abuse treatment) (20 USC 7181-7184).

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.

  • Children’s Privacy The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.   • Minors Merchant will make commercially reasonable efforts to not solicit as potential End-User Customers individuals who are less than 18 years old. BlueSnap reserves the right to refuse the Services in transactions with minors.
