Child Abuse Reporting Requirement a. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.
Child Abuse Reporting Requirement. This section applies to mental health and substance abuse contractors and contractors for the following public health programs: Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Sexually Transmitted Diseases (HIV/STD); Family Planning (Titles V, X and XX); Primary Health Care; Maternal and Child Health; and

Contractor shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by DSHS.
