Changes to Applicable Law. To the extent that the existing law relating to this Agreement changes, and such change affects this Agreement, the parties will reform the affected portion of this Agreement to comply with the change.
Changes to Applicable Law. Any new legislation or amendments to government regulations or administrative rules that become effective after the Effective Date of this Agreement shall be mutually agreed to by AHCA, Vendor, and Participants as to the applicability of the change to this Agreement. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, a written amendment will subsequently be made to this Agreement to incorporate the requisite change(s).

In the event that the law governing taxation and superannuation changes in such a way as to render the objective of this clause unlawful or ineffective or, in the opinion of the Company, inappropriate, the Company and a representative of the employees will meet to discuss and resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both parties.

Changes to Applicable Law. The Parties acknowledge that many of the terms and conditions of this SOW and the obligations of KPMG hereunder are directed and defined by the regulatory authority of CMS. Accordingly, in the event that CMS, the US Congress, or any other governmental body with authority to direct or regulate state government MMIS projects and/or MMIS certification by CMS issues a change in applicable law that requires an amendment to this SOW, the Parties will confer in good faith to amend this SOW as needed to comply with the changes to applicable law.
Changes to Applicable Law. 14.1 In case the applicable data protection and ancillary laws change in a way that the Agreement is no longer adequate for the purpose of governing lawful data sharing exercises, Xxxxxx Davies reserves the right to amend the Agreement. In such circumstances, SaTH agrees to implement any changes to its processing activities as are necessary to comply with the amended terms of the Agreement

In case the applicable data protection and ancillary laws change in a way that the Agreement is no longer adequate for the purpose of governing lawful data sharing exercises, the Parties agree that they will negotiate in good faith to review the Agreement in light of the new legislation.
