CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. It is mutually agreed that upon the implementation of any changes in the Liquor Control Board Regulations governing licensed premises, the Union and Management will negotiate an agreement on the problem that could arise therefrom.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. If SCHHSA notifies Contractor of a change in County, SCHHSA or California Department of Social Service regulations or guidelines affecting contract activities, Contractor shall choose one of the following options and notify the County in writing within five (5) days of receipt of the notice as to its choice: (1) Indicate that Contractor’s operations are currently in compliance with the change in regulation or guideline; (2) Indicate that Contractor is in the process of modifying operations to comply with the change and will complete these modifications and be in compliance within thirty (30) days of notification by County or SCHHSA; or (3) Notify SCHHSA of termination of the Contract or seek modification of any terms of the Contract materially affected by a regulation or guideline change.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. Within ten (10) days of County's notification to Contractor of a change in California Department of Social Services regulations affecting contract activities, Contractor shall notify County in writing of its choice of one of the following options:
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. 26.01 The Corporation agrees to provide to the Union a copy of new or amended policies related to any matter covered by this Agreement
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. 25.01 The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a copy of new or amended Kingston & Frontenac Housing Corporation policies related to any matter covered by this Agreement.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. BIOMATERIALI is under no obligation to adapt the Products to more restrictive regulatory requirements entering into force after conclusion of this Agreement, that trigger more than insignificant additional costs. In such cases, BIOMATERIALI may stop selling the Products to XXXXXXX for ultimate sale or distribution into those countries which require such restrictive requirements.
CHANGES IN REGULATIONS. In the event that any of the HIPAA Regulations within the scope of this assessment change prior to the completion of “Vendor's” Services hereunder, and “Vendor” becomes aware of such changes, “Vendor” will

Vergemont agrees that the Licensed Products will, upon delivery to the carrier designated by customers, be in conformity with said product regulations, instructions and specifications and will not be adulterated or misbranded. [*] WE HAVE REQUESTED CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THIS PORTION OF THE AGREEMENT, WHICH PORTION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 24B-2 OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED.

Each party shall promptly and fully advise the other of any new regulations, instructions or specifications required by any Regulatory Authority in the Territory of which such party becomes aware. Lotus agrees that the Licensed Product will, upon delivery to the carrier designated by customers, be in conformity with said product regulations, instructions and specifications and will not be adulterated or misbranded. 6.04
