Changes in Hours of Work. It is agreed that the hours of work set forth under this Article can be adjusted on the agreement of the parties during the lifetime of this Agreement.

Changes in Hours of Work. The hours of work of the office or facility shall be established by the appointing authority and may be changed to meet operational or other requirements upon fourteen (14) calendar daysnotice to the affected employees. Where work schedules are regularly and routinely used, such schedules shall be posted at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of any routine and general work schedule change.
