Change of Vehicle. We may require that we change any Vehicle On-Lease to you at any time during the Lease Period for any reason. In this event, we shall change the Vehicle for a like-for-like Vehicle without any change to the Lease Charges. If you fail to comply with any written demand by us to change a Vehicle, we shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and/or any Proposal and repossess the Vehicle(s) in accordance with Clause 12.
