Change of Duties. The Escrow Holder’s duties hereunder may be altered, amended, modified, or revoked only by a writing signed by all of the parties hereto; provided, however, that the Company may at any time, at its option, elect to terminate this escrow by notice to the Optionee and the Escrow Holder.
Change of Duties. The duties of Executive may be modified from time to time by the mutual consent of the Company and Executive without resulting in a rescission of this Agreement. The mutual written consent of the Company and Executive shall constitute execution of that modification. Notwithstanding any such change, the employment of Executive shall be construed as continuing under this Agreement as so modified.

Change of Duties. The school Administrator's duties may be changed by the school district providing that there is no reduction in salary for the duration of this Agreement.
Change of Duties. Executive acknowledges that the duties assigned to Executive may be revised from time to time based on the business needs of Employer Group. However, Employer acknowledges that Executive’s duties and responsibilities will be commensurate in material respects to Executive’s position hereunder unless otherwise agreed by Executive.

The status of the incumbent is not affected when altered duties are consistent with the 25 classification specifications. Major alteration of essential duties must be preceded by notice of the 26 alteration to all affected employees. The employer will provide necessary training and identify 27 performance expectations.
Change of Duties. Any assignment to the Employee of duties which are inconsistent with the Employee's status as a Vice President of Legal Affairs and Secretary of the Corporation or are a substantial reduction in the nature or the status of the Employee's responsibilities may be treated by him as a termination pursuant to Section 5(f) hereof.
