GROUNDS AND MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATES For employees hired prior to October 1, 2017 Grounds and Maintenance employees who possesses any of the certifications below, who uses the certificates in the routine performance of her/his responsibilities, who has completed her/his probationary period, and who has properly filed the certificates with her/his supervisor is eligible for a wage adjustment. Certificates can be obtained in the areas outlined below. Each employee is eligible for up to five (5) certificates in the amount of $1.06 per hour each for a maximum of $5.30 per hour. Employees who do not have the certificates listed with an * below, will not be paid should they receive said certification in the future.
