Certification of Payments. The Owner shall have the right but not the obligation to review, revise, and approve the Owner’s Representative's certifications concerning payment.
Certification of Payments. Based upon the Owner’s Representative's observations and evaluations of the CMR's Application for Payment, the Owner’s Representative shall review and certify the amounts due the CMR from the Owner.
