CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY. Owner or Responsible Person certifies and warrants that he/she is the actual owner of the Dog or the duly authorized agent of the actual owner.

Client further certifies and warrants that he / she has the legal authority to show the dog or commit Show Dog Synergy to provide dog handling and showing services for the dog defined in the associated SDS Dog Authorization form(s).
CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY. Owner or Responsible Person certifies and warrants that they are the actual owner / co-owner of the dog or are the duly authorized agent of the actual owner / co-owner. If non-owner / co-owner or legal authorized agent; by signing this agreement I hereby certify that I possess the legal right or have the authority permission from the dog’s legal owner to convey possession of the dog to SDS for the purposes of transporting the dog from and to the locations defined within this agreement during the duration period defined in this agreement. Upon request or demand, I shall provide any necessary legal documentation to verify and confirm my authority / permissible right to convey possession of the dog and enter in to this legal agreement with SDS on behalf of the owner(s) / co-owner(s). I further agree to hold harmless SDS, or SDS’s duly authorized agent, from any and all liability for or which may result from any dispute regarding my legal right to convey possession of or cosign the dog under the terms and conditions of this agreement. Additionally I hereby certify that I shall be responsible for full and complete payment to SDS under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY. Owner certifies and warrants that s/he is the legal owner or co- owner of the dog and has the other co-owner’s permission to deliver this Dog to Handler for the purposes stated herein, or is duly authorized agent of the legal owner(s). Handler assumes no liability for any disagreement regarding this Dog between co-owners and will not become engaged in any such disagreement for any reason. The Owner who signs this Agreement is legally bound by its terms and Handler will seek payment of fees incurred under this Agreement from such Owner regardless of the existence of any co-owners. Any conflict between multiple Owners regarding this Agreement and/or payment of fees incurred pursuant to this Agreement must be dealt with by the Owners without any involvement of Handler in any dispute. The Owner signing this Agreement specifically acknowledges Handler will seek compliance with the Agreement and payment of any fees hereunder solely from the Owner signing this Agreement.
