CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF. APPRENTICESHIP Upon completion of the apprenticeship under these apprenticeship standards, the Joint Apprenticeship Committee will request the Industrial Training Branch of the Ontario Department of Labour that a certificate signifying completion of the apprenticeship be issued to the apprentice. No certificates will be issued by the Industrial Training Branch of the Ontario Department of Labour unless approved by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee. Upon receiving the certificate, the Chairperson and Secretary of the Joint Committee will sign the certificate before issuing it to the graduate.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
