CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event Union or Management desires a successor MOU, said party shall serve upon the other between April 1, 2018 and April 30, 2018, its written proposals for such successor MOU. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no later than thirty (30) calendar days following submittal of the proposals.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event the Association or Management desires a successor MOU, said party shall serve upon the other written notice prior to the expiration of this MOU, but no later than March 1, 2022. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no sooner than 180 days and no later than 30 days prior to the expiration of this MOU.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event the Association or Management desires a successor MOU, said party shall serve upon the other its written proposals no later than during the period of March 1 through March 31, 2011. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of the Association's proposals.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. A written request to commence meet and confer sessions for a successor MOU shall be submitted by the requesting party during the period between March 1, 2016, and April 30, 2016. Meet and confer sessions shall begin by mutual agreement of both parties. If the Association is the requesting party, the written request shall be sent to the Employee Relations Division of the CAO. If Management is the requesting party, the written request shall be sent to the President of the Association.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event Union or Management desires a successor Memorandum of Understanding, said party shall serve upon the other during the period from February 15, 2012, through March 15, 2012, its written proposals for such successor Memorandum of Understanding with the exception of Union's salary proposals, which shall be presented to Management no later than April 1, 2012. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of Union's request for such meetings.

In the event that the Association or Management desires a successor MOU, the Association or Management shall send a written request to the other party to commence meet and confer sessions at any time after January 1, 2019. Meet and confer sessions shall promptly begin on a mutually agreed upon date.

In the event Association or Management desires a successor Memorandum of Understanding, said party shall serve upon the other during the period from April 1 through April 15, its written proposals for such successor Memorandum of Understanding. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of either parties request for such meetings.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. In the event that the Association or Management desires a successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), said party shall serve upon the other its written proposals during the period of April 14 through April 30, 2016. The parties acknowledge that additional proposals and/or counter proposals may be exchanged subsequent to April 30, 2016, during meet and confer sessions on a successor MOU.
