Business Auto Insurance. Seller shall maintain at all times during the Contract Term business auto insurance for bodily injury and property damage with limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of Seller’s use of all owned (if any), non-owned and hired vehicles, including trailers or semi-trailers in the performance of the Agreement.

Business Auto Insurance. CCP shall maintain at all times during the Term business auto insurance for bodily injury and property damage with limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of CCP’s use of all owned (if any), non-owned and hired vehicles, including trailers or semi-trailers in the performance of the Agreement and shall name each Project Participant as an additional insured and contain standard cross-liability and severability of interest provisions.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.
