Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.

Receipt Points The Points of Receipt are listed in Appendix 2.
Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. Interconnection Points 8.5.1 The IP of a Party (“Receiving Party”) for Measured Internet Traffic delivered to the Receiving Party by the other Party shall be the same as the IP of the Receiving Party for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic under Section 7.1 above.
Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.
Delivery Points Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.
Meter Reading At least once each Billing Period, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements from the Applicable MDMA for each Consumer; provided, however, that the Servicer may estimate any Consumer’s usage determined in accordance with applicable CPUC Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable ESP for Consumers receiving services from such ESP if the respective ESP Service Agreement so provides.
