Brokers; Agents. Buyer has not dealt with any agent, finder, broker or other representative in any manner other than International Business Exchange, as authorized by Seller, which could result in Seller being liable for any fee or commission in the nature of a finder's or originator's fee in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement.

Broker is responsible for the Representatives' compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for the Representatives being duly licensed pursuant to applicable state and federal laws.

Brokers; Agents. 24.1 District acknowledges that neither Landlord nor any broker, agent or employee of Landlord has made any representation or promise with respect to the Premises or the Building except as herein expressly set forth, and no right, privilege, easement or license is being acquired by District except as herein expressly set forth.
