Brokerage Agreement. The Brokerage Agreement between Client and Betterment Securities, which Client agrees to enter into and abide by as a condition of participating in the Program, as it may be amended from time to time. Business Day. Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. stock exchange holidays. Although Betterment Securities may conduct business on U.S. stock exchange holidays, bank holidays are not considered Business Days for purposes relating to ACH transactions.

Sections A, D and E of this Agreement constitute the BillSuite Agreement and reflect the full and entire understanding between the parties with respect to the provisions therein, and there are no oral or other agreements in conflict therewith.
Brokerage Agreement. If any broker has participated in this sale, Seller shall be responsible for payment of any broker's or finder's fee or commission in connection with the sale of the Assets.
