Bound by Agreement. The arbitrator shall have no right to amend, modify, nullify, ignore, add to, subtract from the terms and conditions of the contract. The arbitrator shall consider and decide only the specific issue(s) submitted in writing by the City and the employee, and shall have no authority to make a decision on any other issue not so submitted.
Bound by Agreement. To the extent otherwise applicable to the interest in the Partnership that has been transferred to or is otherwise held by an Assignee, the Assignee shall be subject to, and bound by, all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement that inure to the benefit of the Partnership or any Partner (without regard to whether such Assignee has executed a written instrument of Transfer or assumption described in Section 7.1(b) or 7.7(c)). Without limitation on the preceding sentence, an Assignee that holds an interest in the Partnership shall be responsible for any unsatisfied obligation to return distributions or make other payments to the Partnership or any Partner associated with such interest and shall comply with the provisions of Sections 6.10, 6.11 and 10.13.
Bound by Agreement. The Transferee has agreed in writing to accept and to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, regardless of whether such Transferee is admitted as a substitute Member hereunder.
Bound by Agreement. Every person acting as an Alternate Director shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of this Agreement relating to designated Director Representatives, including Section 12.6 (Exculpation and Duties and Liabilities of Directors and Other Authorized Persons). The signature of an Alternate Director to any written consent of the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 6.5 of this Agreement, unless the terms of the Alternate Director’s appointment provides to the contrary, shall be as effective as the signature of the designated Representative to whom he or she is alternate.
Bound by Agreement. By executing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be irrevocably bound by the terms of the Agreement and further agrees that that the decision to participate in this Agreement is completely voluntary.
Bound by Agreement. Each Visitor knowingly and willingly acknowledges that entry onto and use of the Property is subject to the terms, conditions, agreements, release and indemnification set forth herein.
Bound by Agreement. Before any AIESEC organization is admitted as a partner to the Partnership, that AIESEC entity, represented by the ICX, shall agree in writing to be bound by all of the provisions of this Agreement, and any amendment hereof.
Bound by Agreement. By executing the Receipt and Acceptance of Award letter dated July 20, 2001, accompanying this Agreement, the Employee acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of this Agreement and has had an opportunity to review this Agreement and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions hereof.
Bound by Agreement. Each party shall be bound by and shall be entitled to the benefits of the Agreement at the time each such party executes the Agreement.
Bound by Agreement. New Partner agrees to be bound by all of the terms, conditions, restrictions and other provisions of the Partnership Agreement and acknowledges receipt of a copy thereof.
