Bomber Jacket. Two years after the initial issuance and every two years thereafter, operators shall receive a winter jacket or a trench coat at the employee's option.   • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Sweatshop Labor If this Agreement provides for the laundering of apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, or for furnishing equipment, materials, or supplies other than for public works, this section is applicable. Contractor certifies that no apparel, garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to the JBE under this Agreement have been laundered or produced in whole or in part by sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor, or with the benefit of sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop labor. Contractor adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and PCC 6108. Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.

  • SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.   • DIRECT MARKETING Prior to the introduction of any new product or service which Competitive Supplier may wish to make available to Participating Consumers or other Eligible Consumers located within the Town, Competitive Supplier agrees to (i) give the Town written notice of such new product or service and (ii) subject to the entry into reasonable confidentiality terms to the extent permitted by law and mutually acceptable to the Parties, discuss with the Town the possible inclusion of such new product or service in this aggregation program. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms, conditions, and prices for such products and services which the Parties agree should be included in a Town aggregation program. Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA. For the purposes of this provision, “direct marketing” shall include any telephone call, mailing, electronic mail, or other contact between the Competitive Supplier and the Consumer. Broad-based programs of the Competitive Supplier that do not rely on unique knowledge or access gained through this ESA will not constitute such “direct marketing.”

  • Malware Seller shall (consistent with the following sentence) ensure that no malware or similar items are coded or introduced into any aspect of the Facility, Interconnection Facilities, the Company Systems interfacing with the Facility and Interconnection Facilities, and any of Seller's critical control systems or processes used by Seller to provide energy, including the information, data and other materials delivered by or on behalf of Seller to Company, (collectively, the "Environment"). Seller will continue to review, analyze and implement improvements to and upgrades of its Malware prevention and correction programs and processes that are commercially reasonable and consistent with the then current technology industry's standards and, in any case, not less robust than the programs and processes implemented by Seller with respect to its own information systems. If Malware is found to have been introduced into the Environment, Seller will promptly notify Company and Seller shall take immediate action to eliminate and remediate the effects of the Malware, at Seller's expense. Seller shall not modify or otherwise take corrective action with respect to the Company Systems except at Company's request. Seller will promptly report to Company the nature and status of all Malware elimination and remediation efforts.
