Binding Upon Parties. In the resolution of any Dispute pursuant to this Article XIX, each of the Parties, their Operating Contacts and Senior Executives shall give effect to this Article XIX.
Binding Upon Parties. Each of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administrators, guardians, custodians, successors and assigns, subject to the provisions of Article 18 respecting Transfers; and all references herein to Landlord and Tenant shall be deemed to include all such parties.
